Terms of Service

Last updated 1 September 2026 · ArbEdge Inc.

1. Who we are

BreakRadar is operated by ArbEdge Inc. (Ottawa, Ontario, Canada). It is a comparison and scheduling tool for public card-break listings. Contact: support@arbedge.ca.

2. What this site is — and is not

BreakRadar shows upcoming and presale breaks, and some fixed-price shop items, compiled from public pages on third-party platforms. You use it to search and compare what those sellers have posted, then you leave this site to buy.

BreakRadar is not a marketplace. We do not sell cards, take payments, hold inventory, run breaks, or act as agent for any seller. Completing a purchase creates a contract between you and the third-party platform or shop, not with us.

3. Listings are snapshots

Times, prices, fill, format, sport, and stock are copied from a crawl or snapshot. They can be wrong, incomplete, or already out of date when you look. eBay Live times on this site are listing end times, not confirmed show-start times. Whatnot rows are show-start alerts — seller and time only, not a break list. Always confirm on the original listing before you buy.

4. Third-party sites

Links go to Fanatics Live, Whatnot, eBay, independent shop sites, and similar services. Those sites have their own terms, shipping rules, and eligibility (for example, eBay Live is not available in Quebec). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, checkout, shipping, or disputes.

5. Access

BreakRadar is free to use and does not require an account. Do not try to access admin or ingest endpoints, share credentials for those endpoints, or overload the service.

6. Acceptable use

Use BreakRadar for personal, lawful comparison of public listings. Do not scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; do not try to bypass access controls; and do not use it to harass sellers or collect personal data about other users.

7. Intellectual property

The BreakRadar name, layout, and software are ours. Titles, photos, shop names, and listing copy belong to the sellers and platforms that posted them. We display that material only to help you find the original listing.

8. No warranty

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, available, or that a price or spot will still be there when you click through. Comparison badges only compare the same currency and the same cleaned product name — they are not a guarantee of the best deal after shipping, tax, or FX.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ArbEdge Inc. is not liable for purchases you make on third-party sites, for missed or sold-out breaks, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of BreakRadar. If you have a problem with an order, contact the seller or platform.

10. Changes

We may change these terms or the service. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ottawa, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
